I work remotely, in English, with owners anywhere. Everything runs over email and a live link you can open whenever you like, with one agreed call window a day if you want it.

The most common thing I hear is that the last person stopped replying. So here is the whole process, including what I need from you and when.
No retainer. No lock-in. You own the files, the domain and the accounts. If you stop working with me, you keep everything and nothing switches off.
Questions
A single strong page starts at 2,000 USD. A full site of up to six pages starts at 4,500 USD. A site with search and AI visibility work starts at 9,000 USD. Each figure is a starting point, and you get a written price for your own project within one business day.
You do, all of it. The domain is registered in your name, the analytics live in your own account, and at handover you get the files, the logins and a short written guide to changing your own text. There is no retainer and no lock-in. If you stop working with me, you keep everything.
You see the real site at a real web address from the first week, not a picture of it, so nothing is a surprise at the end. Each package includes a named number of revision rounds. If the direction is wrong, we change it early, while changing it is cheap.
No, and nobody honestly can. Google and the AI assistants decide that, not me. What I control is the work: a fast site, clean structure, question-shaped pages, valid structured data, and a plain-text answer on every page. I set up tracking in your own accounts so you can check the results yourself.
