Questions about money
Because a website is not a product off a shelf. The figure on each card is the floor for that package, and the final number depends on how many pages you need and how much of the copy we write together. You get one fixed written price before any money moves, and it does not move afterwards.
Three things, in order of weight. More pages than the package includes. Copy written from scratch rather than adapted from what you already have. Custom work such as a booking system, a product catalogue or a second language. Anything else is usually included, and I tell you which of these applies before you commit.
We agree it in writing before I build it, with its own price and its own effect on the dates. Nothing gets added quietly and then invoiced at the end. If a change would push the launch date, I say so at the time rather than letting the deadline slip and explaining later.
Below 2,000 USD I am not the right choice, and I will tell you so rather than build you something thin. The honest option at that level is the 600 USD AI visibility audit: you get a prioritised list of fixes for the site you already have, and you can hand that list to anyone.
